Nice to know

Tidens Samling is a small museum with limited space, therefore groups of more than 10 people are asked to register their visit in advance on +45 6591 1942.

Larger groups are asked to pay the entrance together.

Tidens Samling is located in Brandts Passage.

The nearest parking options are the car park with entrance from Pantheonsgade, the parking spaces on Kongestien, or the parking facility in Grønnegade.

For safety reasons, large bags and rucksacks may not be brought into the exhibitions. There are free wardrobes at the entrance.

Photographs may be taken for private use. The use of flash and photo tripods is not permitted.

It is not permitted to bring food and drink into the museum.

Those with walking difficulties and the disabled may be dropped off in the Farvergården in front of the museum. However, there is no possibility of parking. There are handicap-friendly access conditions and a lift in the Kulturmachinen til Tidens Samling on the 3rd floor. It is possible to borrow a wheelchair. There is a disabled toilet on the Kulturmachinen’s ground floor

Tidens Samling is also a cultural offer for the blind and partially sighted. Guide lines guide the blind/impaired visitor around the permanent exhibition, where there is an attention field next to each decade. Here it is possible to activate an audio guide with Danish speech.

A defibrillator is available at the museum. It sits on the main building to the left of the entrance on the ground floor.

Dogs are not allowed. Service and guide dogs are of course exempt.
